International Standard Shipping

Order Processing:
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed after it has been received.

Estimated Delivery:
International delivery typically takes 15–30 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local postal services, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

International Customs & Delivery

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, processing delays, import duties, taxes, or other requirements determined by the destination country.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain delays or delivery issues may be outside of Everlix's control.

If your tracking information shows a delivery issue or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.

For certain orders, particularly those of higher value, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.

How Can I Track My Order?
